Los Cabos | San Jose del Cabo International Airport
The Los Cabos Airport (SJD) is located in San Jose del Cabo. You can arrive at the airport from the toll road that has exits in both San Jose Downtown area and Cabo San Lucas or you can take the Transpeninsular Highway which crosses all of the San Jose del Cabo town. Once arriving at the airport it is important to know which terminal you need to be at for passenger drop-off.

Departures in Terminal 1 are dropped off at the first gate upon entering the terminal. This area is exclusive for passenger drop-off only. There is paid parking at Terminal 1 that is low cost. Passengers will proceed to check in and wait to enter the boarding area where no one without tickets are allowed to enter. At Cabo Airport, Terminal 2 and 3 departures are located beyond Terminal 1. To reach Terminal 2 and 3, pass the fueling towers, then veer right, following a slight incline. Curbside drop-off is available for passengers on level 2, where airport butlers are on hand to assist with luggage; however, note that curbside check-in is not available. Short-term parking is also accessible on the lower level. Inside the terminal, all airline partners offer staff assistance with luggage, cargo, and special needs, and self-service kiosks are available for quick ticketing and boarding pass printing. After check-in, passengers will enter the security boarding area, which is restricted to ticketed individuals only.
