We’ll personally escort you, assist in all luggage, check-in, and passport control, and you’ll have full access to one of our VIP lounges, where we provide lite refreshments and food while you wait to begin boarding. We greet you debarking the plane for arrival and assisting with customs, luggage, immigration, and transportation. Children under the age of 2 can avail of the service for free when accompanied by an adult guardian.

NOTE: The VIP Concierge services at Cabo Airport are priced on a per-person basis. Kindly ensure that you provide a minimum of 72 hours for us to approve your VIP service request. Regrettably, we are unable to offer next-day services. All VIP services are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be credited for future use. In the event of a delay, our policy accommodates up to two hours. Unfortunately, missed or canceled flights will not result in a refund of the service fees. Please note that Mexican Government regulations prohibit expedited Customs processes. However, dedicated lines are available for ADA Handicap.
